Sometimes you don’t see the reach of the work until later.
During a focused engagement, I helped translate BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY’s mockups into the front-end experience for a platform used by automotive repair shops to show customers which repairs needed attention first.
Later, I took my own car to a mechanic and discovered that the shop was using the product. Without knowing I had worked on it, the front-desk representative explained how helpful it had been for their team. I shared the moment with Michael Risich, whose response put the scale of that contribution into perspective.
Just imagine—nearly 3 million people a year are getting that same experience. You should definitely consider the impact you have made.
